Elle Aura Collective is a full-service hair salon rooted in Coolum Beach. We specialise in blonde work, but bring the same craft and care to every service we offer. We don't chase trends for their own sake — we chase results that make people feel like themselves, only better.
Great hair is the starting point, not the finish line. Our space is calm, coastal and unhurried, a place where you're genuinely looked after, not processed and moved on.
Where we're going
We're growing into a premium coastal salon experience, but our commitment stays the same: to be the salon on the Sunshine Coast where people come to feel genuinely good.

Elle Aura Collective began in the very salon where Elle first completed her hairdressing apprenticeship. After starting her career on the Sunshine Coast, she moved to Sydney and spent five years working in Mosman, where she grew as a Master Stylist and Salon Manager, worked across fashion shows and became part of an Artistic Team. Eventually, Elle returned home with a Dutch boy and the opportunity to take over the salon where it all began.
Elle Aura Collective was born. From the beginning, Elle’s vision has been about creating more than beautiful hair. She wanted to create a more positive salon experience for both the clients and the team ~ A place where people feel genuinely cared for, supported and a little lighter when they leave than when they arrived.
Education, connection and growth sit at the heart of everything we do. Through Elle Aura, Elle wants to help challenge the way our industry has always done things and create a new movement in hairdressing — one built around great hair, great people, education, mentorship and a culture that makes everyone feel good to be part of it.

Elaura ~ Elle
Aka Elaura. The OG. Elle is endlessly curious and will happily turn a five-minute hair question into a lesson in colour science, styling, life advice or some slightly deeper philosophical conversation.
She's always learning, always teaching and probably always trying to find a way to do things a little better. Whether she's behind the chair, educating the girls or listening in on a conversation happening across the salon, she's happiest when everyone around her is learning, laughing and growing.
She's also the easiest person in the building to scare, is frequently tongue-tied, regularly forgets what she was doing halfway through doing it and can somehow find herself laughing at conversations she wasn't even part of.
She built the Collective to be a place where everyone gets to learn, grow, laugh a lot and leave feeling a little better than when they walked in.
Founder & Lead Stylist
Ella Grace
Undeniably cool, a trendsetter without even trying, and the sister everyone wished they had. Ella Grace is all about hair that looks incredible without looking like you've tried too hard — think effortless, low-maintenance colour and lived-in blondes, finished with an upstyle that she is basically a wizard at.
She might have mastered the beach-babe aesthetic, but she's actually a country girl at heart. She's also a not-so-secret gym junkie, would happily survive on chocolate if it wasn't for macros, and is always up for a cocktail and a boogie.
But underneath all the cool-girl energy, Ella has one of the biggest hearts in the Collective. She's the kind of person who makes you feel instantly comfortable, always has your back and somehow manages to make beautiful hair feel completely effortless. Beautiful on the outside, even better on the inside.
Advanced Senior Stylist
Darci
Our firecracker, wild child and resident bright blondie baddie. Darci is always up to something, and you can pretty much guarantee she's going to make you laugh while she's at it.
She's a natural when it comes to bright, beautiful blondes, but don't let that fool you — she creates the most stunning lived-in blondes and rich brunettes too. Darci loves a transformation, a challenge and anything that gives her an excuse to get creative.
Bright, endlessly friendly and genuinely excited to see you, she's the kind of person who somehow makes everyone feel like they've been friends forever. A true girls' girl.
Senior Stylist
Aneta
Our balance, our calm and our resident cleaning fairy. Aneta is the person who makes everything feel a little more manageable — because as far as she's concerned, nothing is ever a problem.
She's constantly learning, trying new things and quietly perfecting her craft. She loves a good haircut, creates beautifully seamless foils and has a real knack for those effortless, day-to-day colours that just make life easier.
Despite being one of the more sensible members of the Collective, she's still very happy to join in on our ridiculous TikToks and OOTDs.
Calm, kind and always up for learning something new, she's a pretty important part of keeping the rest of us sane.
Senior Stylist
Ella Poppy
Our go-getter, over-achiever and resident social media guru. Ella Poppy is usually the first to tell you the truth you probably didn't want to hear, and somehow she's also the one keeping the rest of us organised. Even on school days, she's been known to manage the salon better than we manage ourselves.
She's a quick learner with a natural ability for hair and is constantly pushing herself to learn, improve and try something new. You'll also find her writing the cutest affirmations in the back room — or lying on the floor at lunchtime with no shoes on.
Ella loves a laugh, but she knows when it's go time. She's been my little buddy and sidekick since she was eight, and after growing up around the salon, it feels pretty special to watch her grow into a stylist of her own.
