Securing your appointment & deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit can be paid online, over the phone or in person.

Deposits are non-refundable and are applied towards the total cost of your service.

To allow us to accommodate our waitlist and keep appointments available for our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

Your deposit will be retained for cancellations, rescheduling or missed appointments made within our 48-hour notice period.

Giving us enough notice

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you where possible.

As we are a busy salon with a waitlist, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments, will result in the loss of your booking deposit.

Every colour appointment is tailored to your hair, your goals and the time needed to achieve them.

If you're unsure which service to book, don't worry, our team is always happy to help you find the right appointment. For major colour changes, colour corrections or transformations, a consultation may be required before booking.

We allow additional time where needed to protect the integrity of your hair and create a result that feels beautiful, wearable and uniquely yours.
